The plating process includes: inspection → stress relief → racking → degreasing → hydrophilic treatment → roughening → recycling → neutralization → ultrasonic cleaning → pre-sensitization → sensitization/activation → chemical nickel → pre-copper plating → acid copper → semi-bright nickel → bright nickel → chromium plating → recovery → reduction → drying → deplating.
